SAFETY SNEEZE GUARD - COVID-19 Protection

As our government has introduced measures to protect the public from COVID-19, many retailers are taking additional precautions to protect employees and customers by installing suspended protective shields in stores. These are installed at check-out locations and offer a transparent shield between the cashier and the customer. Rize Suspension Systems are quick and easy to install in all retail environments and represent an ideal solution for this application.

CABLE CUTTER

When cutting cable it is important to use a recognized cable cutter such as the Rize cutter detailed here. This will ensure that the form of the rope is maintained prior to insertion in the Kwik-Loc. Cable Cutter features; Storage catch, 3/16’’ cutting capacity, springloaded, 5’’ long handles, hardened steel blades, and vinyl coated handles. Cable cutter for WC8 cable also available.

RAPIT® DROP-IN DECK HANGER

The Rapit Drop-In Deck Hanger is designed for installation in concrete-filled metal deck assemblies. Deck Hangers are installed before pouring the concrete, to reduce installation costs and increase strength values. Once installed, the insert hangs below the deck surface for easy installation of threaded rod or Kwik-Studs.

90º BRACKET WITH DRIVE PIN

The 90º Bracket with Drive Pin comes in 4 different lengths. Complete system includes looped wire and bracket with pre-assembled drive pin. It quickly and easily attaches to concrete, steel or composite metal decking.

STRUT LOCK ASSEMBLY

The Strut Lock Assembly is a fast, lockable solution for installing Strut in single and multi-tiered arrangements, for HVAC and cable management. It is ideal for the suspension of rectangular duct, chilled beams, cable tray, unit heaters, etc. The ability to pre-fit the assembly into the strut channel on the ground, allows for minimal time working at heights. A threaded release cylinder allows for time saving height adjustment.

KWIK-TWIST

When preparing to suspend HVAC equipment, ductwork or accessories, threaded anchor points are often required. Kwik-Twists from Rize are side or vertical mounted fasteners that provide attachment points for steel threaded rods and other assemblies. There are two variations of Kwik-Twists; one for penetrating and threading into steel and one for wood. Each Kwik-Twist has a 3/8"-16 threaded hole in the fastener's hex shaped head. Side mounted Kwik-Twists have the threaded hole perpendicular to the fastener shaft and passing completely through the fastener head. Vertical mounted Kwik-Twists have the threaded hole parallel to the fastener shaft and as deep as the fastener head.
